Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

- FedEx / TNT

Order Tracking
When a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order and send an email with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
All products include FLAT domestic ground shipping tax.
Expedited Shipping
The standard shipping method for all products is ground. If you require an expedited shipment, rates will be displayed at the check out page, or contact us via email at info@specialwires.eu or by phone at +39 335 1847668 for pricing and information.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Return cost will be deducted from refunded amount.
